The first time you log in, you will be prompted to create a new password.
Please remember that you must comply with the following strong password requirements:
All passwords must be at least 8 characters, and must be comprised of each of the following 4 character types - Uppercase, lowercase, number and symbol.
More than 5 unsuccessful log in attempts in 15 minutes will result in your account being locked, for 30 minutes.
You will be forced to reset your password every 90 days.
The system will remember your previous 3 passwords, and will not allow you to re-use a password while it is in memory.
After you have set your new password, you will be brought to a screen that requires you to enter your email address, cell phone or home phone. This information will be needed to send yourself a security code upon your 2nd login. When you are prompted to enter your security code, there will be a checkbox displayed. By clicking the check box, you will not be required to go through this process again, when logging in from the same web browser on the same computer.
